The acquisition of properties through the probate system is not the complicated effort that you may have believed. Today, it is estimated that more than $6T worth of properties are in the probate system in the US at any point in time.
This is a comprehensive 3 day course that provides the student with the tools and techniques necessary to work in the Probate Real Estate market. Students receive an in-depth look at the Texas Probate system and learn about the Probate Real Estate market. They participate in Role Playing exercises designed to develop their skills when working with potential customers, they spend time on the computer using the tools provided by US Probate Leads to process sample probate leads and they build their own plan for mining probate data..
This course steps you through the process that many investors have said is the last great untapped niche market in real estate. With so many investors and private parties working in the foreclosure market, it has become very competitive and deals that were there even months ago have become more difficult to find. The probate market is a relatively misunderstood market and those that work in it are finding significant opportunities.
The key feature of this program describes how to get Probate Leads. This has long been a bottleneck in working with probate properties.
To date there has been little quality education explaining how to participate in this market. This in-depth course provides you the information needed to get you started on your way to being a successful investor in the Probate Property market.
Objective
The goal of this workshop is to provide individuals with sufficient knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Probate Property process to allow them to be able to buy and sell residential properties at a profit. - Know what properties are available in an estate and have the knowledge necessary to acquire various properties from these estates.
- Know how to identify executers of an estate and how to determine if the estate has property worth pursuing.
- Understand the process associated with making profits in the probate market.
- Know how to access the various on-line systems that support the probate process.
- Have a personal program designed to allow them to buy and sell properties found in the probate system.
